    Attorney registration is a matter of public record. You can check to see if the attorney is legal to practice law in Colorado by searching the Colorado Supreme Court records of attorney registration at the following URL:

    Sounds pretty shaky to me. I'd be surprised if this wasn't a scam.
    No longer accepting new Trust clients. Pretty much out of the law business completely.

    Ticket from a traffic camera? Many of the traffic cams are outsourced, even the vans. I recall at least some traffic camera tickets are not submitted to DMV records.

    This is based on my memory from my research after my wife received a traffic camera ticket a few years ago. Ticket came from a traffic camera van that was run by a Texas company contracted by City of Denver. I will try to find this info again and post here.
