I know a guy that did the same thing to his right hand. Things were tricky because he had to carry for work. He got to the point where he was considering just lopping off his pointer and using his middle for the trigger, but after a bit of rehab he was able to get enough mobility back in his pointer that he could shoot again.

Damn man, sorry to hear that. I was gonna make a smart ass comment but after seeing that pic can only say I am sorry to hear that. Hopefully some rehab will get you back to normal
