Technically my AKs were made in US (mostly from foreign parts)... 922(r) compliance requires some US made parts
ETA: if they do some other calibers (308, 9mm, etc), and heavier duty design (like Veprs), then I'd be interested.

Mixed feelings... It's good another gun company is starting up production here, but personally I just can't get excited about an AK.

This is the real thing without the frankensteinian post-import 922r parts swaps--so prices up?
Right now they're on the verge of a significant upswing- because Russian import has been blocked.
But AK prices only go so far before nobody will buy them (unless they are something special- collectible and/or high quality)
It should be noted that you can still buy AKs and parts from other countries (except Russia and China), they're not blocked from import.
