    Rather or not anything comes of it is another story. At least they are introducing the bill.

    If this passes, we should sue Kansas for causing additional enforcement costs of people legally carrying in their state, pouring over into ours. *Even though it was Nebraska and Oklahoma that sued us over the pot thing.

    I'm going to be pissed if Kansas gets Constitutional Carry before we do ... the foolish gun laws were one of the myriad reasons I left the state of my birth and moved to the Rockies ... and now it looks like from a gun rights perspective I shoulda stayed (not that there still aren't hundreds of other reasons to prefer Colorado to Kansas).

    Totally. Even if the law passes, there is still a lot more in the stay in Colorado column than the move back to Kansas column.
