If it was anyone else other than Patriots - doubt it would be a big deal. But let's face it- the Patriots and Bellichek have been caught breaking rules over the past 14 years. His resume in trying to get the upper hand speaks for itself. That's my issue.

Belichick is not even remotely close to the biggest cheater in the NFL's coaching circle. What's funny is how people will conveniently forget the cheat jobs that John Madden pulled. Yet no one wants to burn the New Orleans roster at the stake.

As for the similarly-exaggerated Spygate, the Pats cameraman was 100 feet closer than he was supposed to be. Filming the opposing players, coaches, sidelines, and signals is perfectly legal. The game they got caught in was the 1st game of the season, against the Jets who went on to post a 4-12 record, as I recall. The Pats then went on to win 18 more games. Must've been the cheating.

If Brady was throwing deflated footballs in the recent Colts/Patriots game --- its most likely he was throwing deflated footballs in other previous games; possibly for years. Rumor has it that the Ravens warned the Colts that the Patriots were using "doctored footballs." Which brings us to the previous Ravens/Patriots cliffhanger game the week before. Was Brady throwing doctored footballs in that one too? It's highly possible that if Brady wasn't throwing deflated footballs --- the Ravens would have won the game, be victorious over the Colts a week later and headed for the Super Bowl.
