What paint brand and colors did you end up using?

I have been meaning to give this a try on an M&P15-22, but just haven't gotten up the courage to due a whole gun. I did a color test last fall with an old stock and Rust-Oleum.

    Props for taking the plunge.

I'd have to look. Can't remember if it's Krylon or Rustoleum. I do remember the colors are "sand" and "dark earth".

Ok. I was too impatient to wait until tomorrow to put it back together. Seemed dry enough. My indoor photography skills suck. I'll take a better outdoor picture when I get a chance.

That looks awesome Ray, nice job for sure.

    Needs more effort...All I see is a p-grip, a mag and a barrel.

If you look closer you'll see a buffer tube and a rubber recoil pad too.

It's just something I'm working on getting finished. Remington 700 AAC-SD in 308. The chassis is an XLR Element. Made right here in Colorado. Grand Junction actually.

One more reason to move there. Okay hijack over. Looks great Ray, actually similar to a pattern my father did a few years ago.
