    Default Shotgun refurbish

I have a LC Smith field grade 12 ga side by side I brought with me after my father passed. It needs some gunsmith work to fix the front fore grip piece and was curious about having the stock redone to fit me or if it would be better to just get some type of pad to extend the length.

I also want to make sure the locking mechanism is fitting tight so I can comfortably shoot it without worrying about it.

Lastly it would be nice to have some gold inlays done. Pheasants, quail, english setter head maybe.

I have looked into sending it away but an just inquiring if there is someone local that can do this for me.

It has more sentimental value versus value of the gun.
