What light mount is that? I got a CQC from PJ as well but had to mount my light on the left. where did you mount the switch tape?

Thanks for the suppressor info. how does the Aug fire suppressed? are you changing the gas port switch? what setting?

Haley SBR Thorntail mount, mounted off the top rail. The pressure switch is on the front portion of the CQC rail, where the sling socket is.

    Here's a more recent shot.

I had to drill out the gas regulator in order to get it to cycle 100% when suppressed. Otherwise too much gas was going back into the action. What I did was drill the adverse port out to .110" based on the measurements of an Austrian military guy on lightfighter, and now I use that as my regular setting. I know this sounds backwards from what we're used to with AR gas ports and suppressors, but this is the hole letting gas out of the action. So more of that excess gas is being vented out, as opposed to running the action too fast/hard. Which for me was causing some odd issues. With that gas regulator drilled out, I have had 0 malfunctions in the last two 3-gun matches here.

Here's a blurry/shitty pic of where I drilled out the adverse position on the gas regulator:

Mine runs 100% now with that simple gas reg drill-out. Strangely enough, it runs fine on that setting even without the can. Just shifts the ejection pattern back further to the 3-4 o'clock area. So for me at this point, the drilled out setting is normal, and the normal setting is the new adverse.

Before I had done that drilling, it would eject to the 1 o'clock with the can mounted on the normal setting, and would sometimes have malfunctions that you would associate with the bolt running too fast.
