    Default Stupid question? Or not?

If I purchase an SBR and it comes with a supressor, do I have to pay the $200 tax twice? How about an internally suppressed rifle with less than a 16" barrel? Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the fun of stamp collecting.... You get 2 stamps for the price of one gun

Yes, you have to buy two. One for the supressor and one for the SBR unless the supressor is integral (meaning the supressor is permanently attached) and because of this the barrel is 16" ( or over) and the whole gun is over 26".

No stupid questions, we all have to ask at one time or another.

What are you getting at two for one pricing? (Read two tax stamps for one firearm)

I think he meant one for the price of two.
