Easiest way is to go in to a good local shop. Rocky Mountian E-Cigs, Vaporleaf , hush Vapor, Vaporgate, Vapor Tech. the ones i have listed are are local to the metro and have good customer service.
Explain to them you are new and want to get started they will guide you in the right direction and you can taste the flavors before you buy them as far as a device to get started on Aspire and Kanger both make great products. If you want someone to go in with you hit me up and we can meet at the shop of your choice and discuss the different devices as far as price if you want in on-the-cheap i would say no more that $60.00 but some times you get what you pay for.
