Did she know the guy was running from the law? I suspect not and if that's true this was a case of road rage and the chick got lucky it happened to be a bad guy.

I remember when I was in association/organization during school years. We (as us and different org/assocation) use to use the term "y'all"
One of the ethnic org member at our school came to a campus org meeting. He was African (from S Africa) and he used "y'all"

My feedback
This was my thought. Since when is it ok to drag someone out of their car after an accident? Seems like a stretch to assume she knew this guy was fleeing the law. At minimum it seems like a case of assault on her part.
