    Default FFL info from FFL holders only please!

    I'm seeing on the net that there seems to have been a change in what the definition of manufacturing is from what it was. Why I ask is I'm moving to TN soon and will be applying for my FFL. I am a gunsmith and want to start my business basically in my backyard. I have been doing some reading and see that what I would consider "gunsmithing" (restoration,custom builds,upgrading,etc) is somehow being classified as manufacturing. Is this true and what is the difference in license fees between the different type license?

    Or is what I have been reading all crap!?
