    The problem with this kind of legislation is that assholes can put an amendment that offsets all the good 30 seconds before a floor vote and no one will notice until its signed by the prez. I believe thats how 1968 happened.

    However, I do have a question, for anyone who's actually read the bill: does this mean I can simply update my address on my Texas CCL if this passes, and CO must recognize it, or will Colorado's nonrecognition of CCLs issued by other states to current residents of this state stand?
