I think the actual quote was a 'gazillionaire'... joining ISIL (which can we please just stick with one name for them).. that it's not the poor and impoverished who are going to join them.. (3 brit girls, 3 american teens, hell 3 girls from CO who tried)... So much for a jobs program... ISIL probably pays pretty heavily considering the amount of money they seem to be able to get..

I think a mental trap many people fall into is lumping countries into single mindsets or actors, such as saying "Well Jordan for sure wants ISIS dead" or ditto Saudi Arabia. When you look at the US, most of the time there's complete polarity on any particular issue, and you have koch brothers money going head to head with soros or bloomberg money, with warren buffett money as a wildcard.
