Agreed. He's not some super villian that came from nothing to take over the country all by his lonesome. That's giving him way too much credit.

I beg to disagree in part. He is a damned super villain and he did come from nothing to take over the country all by his lonesome. I just think he's too damned incompetent to have achieved that goal all by his lonesome.
