    Default Mountain biking

Just wondering if any of you all go mountain biking? It's that time of year and would like to meet up sometime and hot some trails with you all that do. Where do you go? What do you ride? I personally love lair o the bear, 18 roads and waterton canyon

I always go off craigslist, had some really good luck on there. Your lucky to live by lair! Fun ride! Ever been to waterton?

I really need to try & ride some this summer. I found an NRS 3 in decent shape on CL last spring which was a significant upgrade from a really old Stumpjumper hardtail that I bought off a buddy years back (still have it, but it's really showing its age). Got the NRS tuned up and ready to ride and then didn't do much with it last year.

Got a '97 vintage of this frame (different components). Check out the '97 Bike magazine, with Tinker Juarez on the cover. That is the bike I own (candy apple red).

After a couple year hiatus, I'm getting back in the saddle.

The mountains suck for biking right now. In a couple of weeks, the trails should be dry enough.

For the longer legged, I have a Mongoose Rockadile, 21", aluminum frame bike fore sale. It needs some work but is a nice ride. The frame is based on the old Yeti (When John Turner owned Yeti) frame design.

In my younger days and when I was stationed in Cali I was mountain biking all the time. The past 6 or so years in Virginia, not so much. I just got my 01 Santa Cruz Heckler X tuned up and I'm dying to go.
