Meet these guys years ago, seemed like a quality group.

It's a measure of the civility in this country that no ones seems to fear constantly pissing off the people who own lots of guns.
Well I picked up an 07 Specialized Hardrock, and a 2 child trailer for a really good price today, so i'll likely just scrap the Giant, may take off the Deore components, clean them up, and slap them on the Specialized. The Hardrock has a disc conversion with BB5 brakes, and upgraded (compared to factory) wheels. With Deore components, and a better fork, it would be a pretty decent setup, but really I just want to ride, so that stuff can come later. If the weather cooperates, I think i'll take the family out for a ride tomorrow!
Well we logged about 15 miles today. It was the first time my wife had ridden since childhood, and the second time I've ridden in about 6 years or so. Just rode along the Platte, from Belleview to Chatfield. The boys loved it, but let me tell you, riding with a trailer adds a whole other dynamic, especially going up the hill on the west 470 trail past the dam.

Looks like they're having a real blast.

Just logged another 15 today, I think it's more time constraints than anything, on my days off we may try to go further, we certainly aren't out of gas after 15.
Just picked up a new bike. Niner Rip 9 carbon. I used to downhill then i got married and couldn't go up to winter park every weekend. Hoping to get back in shape!

My EDC: Handcuffs, Bandana, and Ball Gag.
If I'm ever at a party and the cops come to arrest people. Ill blindfold myself, throw the ball gag in, handcuff my hands, and hide in a closet. Police never arrest hostages!
