They are good bikes. I used to have a Slayer and you can't go wrong with them.

Well, my bike was stolen last night. Very frustrating to say the least, I didn't pay a lot for the bike, but it was $800 new, and I put a good amount of elbow grease and "upgrades" on it. Guess I'm on the search for a cheap replacement.

Grrr. Hope you reported it, had it on the registry and the thief gets nabbed.
Well I got my stolen Kona replaced with another Kona. This one is much nicer (and newer) than my last one, and has a few upgrades including a Rockshox Recon fork with lockout.
Also scored a Thule 4 bike swingout carrier for $40! Can't wait for nice weather!
