It's not clear to me what she meant if it was something other than what she said. The first time I heard her words it was in full context and it seemed to me that she did in fact mean that they were giving rioters room to vent. If that's not what she meant, then it must have been a different language.
A lot of people have been commenting (not just here) on the pictures of people stealing TP, etc. It may look funny that people are stealing TP but I think it sheds some light on the social situation there. Stealing is NEVER ok, never. But that fact that many of these folks are stealing TP and paper towels instead of big screen TV's might actually show what a bad situation they are in. Now I believe our personal situations are no one's fault but our own, and that's true for them too. But hell, if you have to STEAL TP just so you can wipe your ass each day, you truly are in a bad situation and it's time to make some life changes.

We've had to fire people at work who we're making $35k+ who stole TP, cleaning products, etc. Even tiny amounts of money, like $2. If they think they can get away with it, some people will steal anything.
What role does the NG play in this? If they shoot they are in trouble.....is it just a show? I always get worried seeing those M4's and at any moment than can be over ran and those weapons are in the wrong hands.
Hopefully they are not loaded up with M855, I hear that stuff is super extra dangerous.
