    Default "Make my day" shooting-Boulder

    Monday around 8:45pm a man broke through the glass storm door and front door of a home in Boulder. Home owner was knocked down but was able to shoot the intruder. The unknown assailant tried getting into other homes prior to this one. The two residents of the home are cooperating, no word yet on whether the assailant was under the influence, he is deceased.

    Sounds like a righteous shoot to me. If so I hope the homeowners are ok.

    Yeah the home owner has a huge elk mounted to his wall you can see from the front of the house.

    So if you don't wanted to be looked at closely by the DA's Office for defending yourself, USE A HAMMER!

    This story showed up in my news feed, I read it on the Boulder Daily Camera. Don't read the comments unless you're looking for extra motivation to leave this state.

    DA said it was similar to another make my day shooting in the PRB, but it wasn't that similar, and this time, he said, it was "tragic"...once again, I'm not sure about that...seems it took it's natural course. See Yoda quote above...
