    Tanks have a very strong intimidation factor.
    Specially when used against civilians.
    Also in undeveloped country's.
    It will not be NATO vs Russia and whatever allies (China?)
    Tanks still have a role,as a mobile artillery.
    Just my 2 cents.

    Understood that flat area to left of turret is a heavily armored drivers window/periscope.
