    I work at the USDA and we have been fully briefed on the protocols for access to the poultry farms, what was described for the truck driver is right in line with our brief.

    The USDA is very concerned with this outbreak and has prioritized all resources for response.

    Is the usda requiring hermetically sealed truck cabs then? And driving through bleach water as they leave the property?

    Yea, I got that all backwards. Migration is south to north, Flu is north to south.
