Question on hottubs

Does anyone in the denver area sell hottubs like these? I really dont like the square box look or the depth of regular tubs, and this seems to be what we are looking for.

I have never seen them for sale in Denver. Years ago I assembled one for a job I was working on, it was easy to assemble just leak a bit until the wood soaked up water. I think they might of ordered theirs.

I think WindRiver only carries the square type. I am planning on going there on Sat, so I will ask. I guess if this is what I want. I will have to order and assemble. Thanks for the replies!

I found another dealer out of Canada that sells a Deep soak tub...So the tub is 7 diameter, and 5 ft deep

I know you didn't ask, but I absolutely hate owning hot tubs. I worked for a hot tub store in college and delivered them for a couple of years (which was a great job). But owning them, and dealing with them, forget it! You have to keep them heated all the time over the winter or they'll freeze catastrophically, and if you don't keep them running in the summer you'll regret it. They take a lot of electricity, especially over the winter. Most, if not all, of them you can't even turn down to just above freezing and you're forced to keep them at 80 degrees or above. Chemicals and filters are expensive if you want to do it right. If you don't do it right you'll come out itchy like you've been rolling around in fiberglass insulation.

I am actually in the process of cutting up one that came with my house. We hardly ever used it, so I turned off the electricity last summer and let it freeze, and now I'm cutting it up. It's worse than junk. You could give it away for "free", but good luck moving it (if anyone knows what it takes to move a hot tub, it's me). It would probably cost you $500 to get pros to come in and move it. Owning a hot tub is kind of like owning a boat IMO - better to let your friend own it.

If the one I'm getting rid of had been in perfect condition I probably would have tried to give it away, but all the jets were broken before we even moved in. I didn't even bother looking into what they would cost to replace because I knew it would be an arm and a leg.

I do think it would be cool to have a wood-fired masonry one, like built into an exterior masonry stove, or rocket mass heater. Then you could just fill it up and use it for special occasions, without chemicals.
