    Falling/being pushed

So in other words a Clown Rat setting me on fire, slicing me up with a chainsaw and pushing off the side of a 40 story building would be the worst way to go. Ever.

Used to work on towers like that. Always fun trying to pull off a seized pulley while draped over the tip of the boom. Company covered a multi state region. Most of the time we were working on overheads and hoists, but every so often we would be called out to a tower. The extreme heights never really bothered me. Most of the time we were tethered, but if you did fall, you were gonna die. My plan was to just enjoy the ride till it was over. An 8 foot ladder scares the hell out of me though. You fall off one of those, its gonna hurt like hell. Later I went to work climbing radio and cell towers. Good workout, but hauling a tool bag up sucked.

Things that kill quick don't generally scare me, like heights. It's the ones that include long and/or agonizing deaths that give me pause.

Funny enough, I was never afraid of heights, and used to do FMX. Now... not so much. The one thing that I am for whatever reason (could have been watching jaws while younger while on a boat out in the pacific), is sharks... well, deep ocean waters. lol It's a completely irrational fear, but hey, you gota have at least one right?

I know more than one person living in a land locked state, and always has, who is afraid of sharks or killer whales, or some other sea creature they are extremely unlikely to encounter.
I guess that's a lot better than being afraid of rush hour, left turns, small talk, or clouds.

The ocean freaks me out. You just don't know what's in there and human beings are WAY out of their element in water.

Yep, the deep waters of the ocean. I know millions of people enjoy them every year without incident, but I would be the .00001% that was killed by the newly discovered (thanks to the youtube video of it eating me) sea monster. I rationally know that bee's kill more people by far than sharks and other fish, and cows are responsible for more deaths also... but I don't care....... ocean waters, and well, the great lakes I would have to say also, scare me after a certain depth, like... when I can't see my feet. lol Well, I guess I have ventured out into the ocean a few times, but I made damn sure lots of other people were much further out than I was (they would get eaten first).
