Good Luck! Where at in highlands Ranch are you? My parents are getting ready to put their place up for sale in Highlands Ranch.

We're in Backcountry but there isn't much if anything in the neighborhood to compete with us other than a new build that's 6 - 10 months out. I'm sure your parents will move very quickly.

Been on the market for a few hours now (no pics up yet) and we are at 5 showings for tomorrow and 2 for the weekend so far so it looks like there are a lot of buyers out there waiting for the right house.

That's encouraging! One in my neighborhood just went up for $305,000 and that's what we're going to push for. The builds are 2001ish and most of the ones that have sold have had zero updates done. Our house is all updated so we're hoping that helps. Plus we have plantation shutters in the entire house.
