I need to do something with my wife's dog. Its a little Shiba Inu. In the house, he pretty fun. Once a child leaves the front door open, he's gone. Chasing people and barking at them on their walks. Its embarrassing. I'm waiting for someone to shot him.

Any advise on collars? There are tons of em from $40 to $400. I'm not looking to spend a lot, but I do want it to knock his dick in the dirt when I push the button...
