I'm sure it was kind of like using a shotgun to shoot skeet. Just sight down the top of the receiver.

Reminds me of my kitchen when I was working on dirt bikes. Wheel balancer with wheel, on kitchen table, carbeurator boiling on the stove, and painted exhaust pipes in the oven......no wonder she left me.
