He was a nice kid, a tad slow upstairs lived down the road. Since we can remember he always was on 2 wheels., with a walking talkie on his belt. Believe me IF he was targeted there were numerous time throughout his life someone could have got him.
Either way a shame he was gunned down.

Someone paced behind me in a car while running tonight; for the entire length of a street. When I stopped at the end, they stopped, did a U-turn, and drove slowly back up the street. I think they were looking for a dog or something, but it sure was unsettling for me since I'm fairly positive I wasn't running 30 mph for two city blocks...
