You might have better luck with leaving "Shot Up" targets from prior matches on the bay to use for stapling up along with some tape. There are always an abundance of "Shot Up" targets from normal USPSA matches that can be reused for this kind of stage. Once again, that is if normal members don't pilfer the pile of shot up targets and then there are none to use or they get shot up on other berms and left as trash all over the place.

Personally, the risk of members leaving shot up targets as trash all over the range to get blown everywhere would be my number one issue with this type of project. The few CRC members that would benefit by shooting the stage/match would not overcome the potential eye sore that it could turn into. That would create a lot more bitching and moaning by the CRC membership than the few who actually take advantage of the stage.

Unfortunately, the majority of the time you need someone or a group of people there to "manage" the situation and keep people from doing stupid or inconsiderate stuff. This is not a surprise given the "Consumerism" mentality that most people have these days. The few bad apples will undoubtedly wreck it for the majority.
