BEAR ! ! !

I've seen bears on my property dozens of times and every single time they just walk or run off as soon as they realize they are not alone. I've had them on my deck and the moment I look through the window and he sees me he bolts into the woods. There is very little risk of one hurting you if you keep your distance and don't f*ck with them.

Please don't panic and blast a bear just because he's there. Be careful, of course, but don't overreact either.

To quote DOWs position re: bears "if you shoot a bear out of season or without a license, you'd better have claw marks on your ass"
