Does Colorado offer a military identifier for your driver's license or ID card?
Yes, you may request a military identifier and/or the word “VETERAN” to be added to your driver’s license or ID card. When applying, you must present:Valid military identification card (common access card)ORDD214
If adding the military identifier, you must choose between Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, National Guard or Navy. No additional fee is required to obtain the military identifier or veteran indicator. You may select the military identifier, veteran indicator or both to display on your license or ID card. The military identifier and veteran indicator do not extend to spouses or dependents.
