Holster/Laser System G19

I am currently in the process of purchasing my first Glock and was hoping for a little help from some members who currently use the 19 as a carry gun. Obviously my first concern is going to be getting a reliable and comfortable/concealable holster (pref. iwb). Heard good things about MTAC/CTACs so far but haven't tried one on. The second question I have in regards to the Glock platform is about the most intuitive laser system for the glock. Any additional info would be appreciated. Thanks guys.

I've had excellent luck with the BladeTech IWB holster for my Glock 19, 23, and 27. Very comfortable and conceals well, I often forget I have it on.
