Custom Chase Rack Builder

I almost had the honor of coming on the board this Sunday with another, 'got my truck stuck' thread but luckily freed it from the snow drift Sunday after lots of digging.
I have an '03 Dodge Dakota Quad Cab and I like the open bed but would love some 'overhead storage' to keep the bed free.
Unfortunately, putting in rails and a Thule/Yakima system on the sheet metal roof isn't what I would consider a good idea. In my search I think I would have to go with a "chase rack" like this: http://www.dakota-durango.com/forum/...d.php?t=101104
I'm a few months out financially from doing this as I have some gun related items I want/NEED to get first but thought I would ask around to see if I could get some names or contacts of good fabricators who could do something similar to the link above.
Would prefer C Springs but for something like this, I could travel along the front range. I could leave the truck as a have a commuter car for daily use.

Not sure on what/how I would want to set it up. Do know I would like trail jack, shovel and would like to see about some type of small lock box that I could put a hand winch, straps, chains etc up there but I'm still in brainstorming mode. (Don't think I would move the tire up there.)
