    Get it local at Damage Factory or Ark Tactical. Good people from this forum run those shops. Prices are very agreeable, as well.

    May have been just sloppy enough to not function with your shooting style.
    That said, I've experienced 1 crunchy trigger from PSA. Swapped it for an ALG and all was right with the world. Then, I had the opportunity/necessity to use the original PSA fcg in a different lower, and it was quite a bit smoother. Must have been dirty, or had some burrs or something (disassembled, cleaned thoroughly, lightly stoned some edges and lubed generously generously prior to subsequent install). Nothing great, but performed pretty much like a stock fcg ever since.

    ETA: would an upside-down disconnector spring cause this?
