Or it's a sign not to be dumb and make sure you or the people buying your ticket spell your name correctly and put the correct last name. But we wouldn't want to inconvince people from making sure things are correct before they hit that purchase button now would we?

I don't think you'd feel that way about a $200 restocking fee.
