Eh, I disagree. There are still people in showbiz willing to make funny, "edgy", and uncorrect work. It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, The Office, Eastbound and Down, and Curb Your Enthusiasm are all fairly recent shows (Sunny is still on) that have been anything but PC. I feel like TV is less censored or watered-down than movies are today, however. So I can see your point on the film aspect. Maybe it has to do with the fact that films cost so much more to produce, so pushing the envelope can kill a studio's return?
