Need your help assembling an upper

I need to install a barrel (standard barrel nut), brake and rail onto an upper. Problem is I don't have any of the necessary tools or even a vise to do it. Was hoping maybe someone is the Southwest or South part of town would allow me to bring over my stuff and help me assemble. I know I could take it into a shop to have it done but I have never assembled one and thought it would be good to do so. I'm willing to give a few bucks or a few beers for your efforts.
