GOTCHA! HAT, Less Lethal Self-Defense Cap
Not sure what I think, interesting idea, not sure I would use. I dont wear a hat ALL the time.
So who is going to be the first to buy one?

Looks like this manufacturer was looking for a self-defense product to fit the bill.
