So the History Channel has a reality TV show?

    And people watch it?

It it obvious you don't know how to call in a squatch and what noises they make in the woods. They teach you these things on the history channel..cause it's...you know...history!

I'd think the massive film crew, production folks, trailers, craft service tables, and other such thing parked just out of camera view, help to keep any animal interference to a minimum.

I am more concerned with the moose and mountain lions.

I went to History.com and did some reading. No camera crew, everybody is on there own. They each have a camera to film themselves. It looks like most if not all have a knife and axe.

I think about seven feet of sharp stick would an early priority for me.

moose, absolutely. mountain lion? not so much. they are mostly opportunists, they usually don't even attempt to go after something that might fight back. id still have my head on a swivel but I've never really been concerned about mountain lions.
