Get my biggest caliber gun and then watch from inside.
Not a damn thing but watch.. natural order of things.
Come on. It is near Bear Creek Regional Park. It had to get it's name somehow.
Oh, the deer? Venison...it's what's for dinner![]()
Sad to hear the deer ball like that, but mother nature is a bitch sometimes.

Geeze. I've never seen a bear actually kill a deer, much less hear the deer screaming.
I'd be pretty unnerved if that were my back yard, but I am also assuming that with the name "Bear Creek regional Park," people should expect to see bears.
I'd make sure that our windows and doors were locked, and I'd keep a big boomstick handy while watching that bear. And I would make sure neighbors and friends stayed away while this was going on.
Wow. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but that bear is a young one, isn't it?

I remember my first few months here when we heard the first animal being killed late in the evening. My step daughter gets all concerned, "what is that noise!" My reply, "just an animal being killed; get use to it." My response to the question above; go about my business and clear what is left of the carcass off my property like I always do.
Edit: On second thought... After the damn deer ate all my Aspen trees this spring, I would step out and root for the Bear and encourage him to kill some more.

I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them.
