Default 5 Gallon Buckets $2.00: Firehouse Subs

So I decided to try out Firehouse Subs the other day.

The sub I had was delicious. But this isn't a thread about subs.

I saw that they sell their 5 gallon buckets with lids (used buckets they get their pickles in) for $2.00!

That is cheaper than Colorado Tank and Barrel, and the proceeds benefit The Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation. Sounds like a win-win!

Huh, we have one in Parker close to the house. Have to check that out, I'm always needing another bucket.

I got seven used pickle buckets from Schlotski's once. I think it was about five years before I couldn't smell the pickles anymore. I use them for a lot of stuff though. Buckets are very handy.

This is awesome info! I got some buckets from Sam's club for free, but they didn't save the lids. Boo!

    Get gamma lids..
Once the seal broke, the original lids are very short term despite of the rubber seal.

Don't ask me how I know
