Child Sexual Predator lived a few houses from me

I was just asked by Alissa Chin of KKTV news, the Colo Spr CBS affiliate, for an interview. I've lived in my home for 20 years. Apparently a child sexual predator lived up my street just a few houses away from me. Couldn't do the interview due to job restrictions. Some of you understand what I mean by that.

Those guys are everywhere. There is a web site you can go look up registered sex offenders. You might be surprised how many of them live nearby.

I won't hesitate to do what I think is right as to reporting crimes to the authorities but I wouldn't talk to the media even if they paid me.

Got one across the street. He found out I was a Firearms Instructor and tried talking about guns, then admitted he carries all the time and that he's a convicted felon. And his charge wasn't being caught peeing in a bush obviously as he is a registered sex offender and an admitted felon (confirmed via public records) On the plus side I have another safe direction for dry fire....jk.

Yep, I know of a recent event, known gang banger, on felony probation, at gun range renting guns and shooting for fun. Local PD, ATF, and others were called, nobody cared. Most likely they have to be caught doing something else wrong first.
