Eform question

I got my eform back approved, but the back was not checked and line h was left blank, though i know I put my trust name there..Is this normal?

All my eform Form 1s have come back with nothing checked on the back.

I don't put anything in the 4h area. You only need to do that if it isn't going to match your official legal entity name.

Efile F1's are never checked off in the back. I just put an X through the appropriate answer. If the F1 was for a SBR it should be there. if it was a BYO suppressor, no. Did you print from the efile "Approved" section, or from the ATF E-mail? Either way if it's a SBR, go ahead and put your trust name there. OR contact the NFA branch to see IF they neglected to include said info. You have the Approval, i wouldn't worry about it.
