Default Judge orders Brady Center to pay ammo dealer’s legal fees after dismissing lawsuit

    http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2015...er-dismissing/

Judge Matsch disagreed with the Brady Center's argument. He said the suit was filed for propaganda purposes. "It is apparent that this case was filed to pursue the political purposes of the Brady Center and, given the failure to present any cognizable legal claim, bringing these defendants into the Colorado court where the prosecution of James Holmes was proceeding appears to be more of an opportunity to propagandize the public and stigmatize the defendants than to obtain a court order," he said in his order.
Good for him. We need more judges (and lawyers!) with common sense and the willingness to make the agitators and propagandists for misusing the legal system.

I wish they had not put state-only organizations on there, especially ones that have nothing to do with the aurora shooting (CO) or lucky gunner's state of business (I think TN). Right now on their voting website ( http://www.luckygunner.com/results ), some Virginia Civilian Defense League is leading the way with 16% of the votes. I currently live in VA and even I think that's dumb and pretty limiting for advancing the rights of 2A. VA already allows basically everything, the only thing they're missing is constitutional carry, but they have shall-issue CCW's; (I got mine within 20 or so days). Opening it up to CO and TN make sense, other state-only orgs, no. I voted for 2nd Amendment Foundation, but even NRAIL would be better than VCDL.

Good luck in VA, I just moved back to CO from there. The new VA Governor is a real piece, thankfully the state legislature still keeps him in check. So long as it's only Alexandria and the surrounding area that skews that far left you should be fine.

It's all pretty left here actually. Personally, I hate VA with a passion, but I had a good opportunity for school here that I couldn't pass up. After 2 years, I'm GONE!

I was down in Hampton Roads, stationed in Norfolk and own a house in Virginia Beach. It is very conservative down there and most people away from the major cities. At least you live closer to the beautiful parts, take a day trip to Charlottesville if you can.

What do we have to do to get that judge on the Supreme Court?

Oh yeah, there isn't anything we can do to get judges on the Supreme Court. It is a politically motivated appointment only position.

Get Republican President. Obama got two appointments and with this last round of judgments many did not go our way.

Modern liberalism is based on the idea that reality is obligated to conform to one's beliefs because; "I have the right to believe whatever I want".
