I set a few power company takeouts for a buddy's pole barn. 4 foot hole with a auger two guy to put in the poles. About 12 feet exposed. Try calling Par electric or Stergeon. The best way is find a crew and stop and ask for an old pole. bring a chain saw because its tough to get a 30 foot plus piece of wood home . For a jump pole with little weight 4 feet is likely deep enough. and just back fill with dirt. Though I've seen them use an epoxy expanding foam that was awesome.
