I set a few power company takeouts for a buddy's pole barn. 4 foot hole with a auger two guy to put in the poles. About 12 feet exposed. Try calling Par electric or Stergeon. The best way is find a crew and stop and ask for an old pole. bring a chain saw because its tough to get a 30 foot plus piece of wood home . For a jump pole with little weight 4 feet is likely deep enough. and just back fill with dirt. Though I've seen them use an epoxy expanding foam that was awesome.
My T.P. wheeling and dealing feedback is here.
Opinions are like assholes, everybody has one, and it stinks more than mine.

My company has an old cement wrapped light pole you could have. We are moving yards and can't find a reason to take it with us.
