Default Denver Fire amended code to limit storage to 10000 rounds?

Just hear it from Dudley, did some research and it appears to be true? WTF

    True about 5 years ago.
What is my joy if all hands, even the unclean, can reach into it? What is my wisdom, if even the fools can dictate to me? What is my freedom, if all creatures, even the botched and impotent, are my masters? What is my life, if I am but to bow, to agree and to obey?

If your house burns down and they discover remnants of 10,001 rounds they will fine you.

Probably a good thread to post the SAAMI video about ammunition in a fire. Reader's digest version: It's not an issue. Denver's rule is based upon ignorance. Does that really surprise anyone?

YOU are the first responder. Police, fire and medical are SECOND responders.
When seconds count, the police are mere minutes away...
Gun registration is gun confiscation in slow motion.

It's not too hard to provide the correct storage containers. it cost a few. However showing one has taken precautions, never hurts.
