Since Californians want to get guns off the street, I'll take them off LAPD's hands for a dollar each, no five dollars each, and ensure they are never touched by criminal hands. I'll also dispose of that ammunition for them gratis.

Go ahead gun, kill! Don't be shy!Good thing they found all of those guns and live ammunition after the owner died of natural causes. Who knows what kind of deadly rampage all of those lonely weapons might have gone on if they were not secured by the police.
Damn. I wonder what the value is? With that many, there had to be some really unique and/or neat ones.

If even one gun was illegally acquired or possessed, the deceased was a criminal and therefore all of his guns and ammo were illegally possessed. Confiscated!
