    Your 4473 has no bearing where the firearms originally comes from as both firearms are in the FFL's possession. It should be on one 4473. CBI help desk can be very confusing when it comes to 4473, as they are not ATF. Once I transferred over 200 firearms from 2 sellers on one 4473 to my name. Misinformation happens... alot.

    EDIT: CBI confirmed, COLORADO requires private transfer to be separated from dealer transfer.
