Seated or standing height loading bench?

I'm going to be building a new loading area. I'm trying to decide if I should have the area for presses at seated height, standing height, or some of both. I do everything standing now and am thinking I might like some seated space. What's your preference?

Good question. My preference is to put the bench height so that I can see inside the cases that are being loaded. For the sake of my knees, I prefer to sit... Also note that you may need height clearance for accessories such as a casefeeder, etc.

Here's a first cut at a layout for my loading room. I'm thinking the long run of bases and uppers will have a press over each knee hole. That surface is at standing height. The shorter run of bases only is at desk height. I'm thinking that could be used for seated loading. The island is for working on guns, as is the big work surface on the wall with one little window.

What am I missing?

Jim's asking if you'll mount your presses with some form of a 'strong mount' (i.e.; Dillon's strong mount). This places the press even higher off the bench...

I say standing height, and get good barstools... That way you can stand or sit.
